Return Policy
- Returns must be made within 7 days of original receipt of item in order for us to process your refund in a timely manner.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our store.
- Returned item must be in original packaging and condition, along with any accompanying parts, hardware, and/or accessories.
- After inspecting returned item, we will refund the purchase price, less return shipping costs and restocking fee.
- All returns will be charged 20% restocking fee.
- Additional insurance is non-refundable.
- Most of the Items we sell, they are special orders customer is supposed to fulfill financial obligations at the time of the order
- No returns are accepted for mattresses, floor models and all special orders.
- Area rugs can be returned within one week of the purchase with the original receipt for exchange or full refund.
- Due to Washington state health policy no returns on blankets are allowed.
